By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of GoalsWalk Business AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You will only upload documents that you have the right to share.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service, or use it to process illegal or infringing content.

The CFO analyses generated by GoalsWalk are decision-support content. They are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. You are responsible for the final business decisions you make. GoalsWalk makes no warranty that any recommendation will result in a specific business outcome.

Certain features are provided against a subscription plan. Plan quotas, pricing and billing cycles are shown at checkout. Payments (when enabled) are processed by our payment partner. Failed or reversed charges may result in your plan being downgraded or your account being suspended until the balance is resolved.

The GoalsWalk Business AI platform, brand, design, code, and prompts are the property of GoalsWalk and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your uploaded content and the specific analyses generated for you remain your property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalsWalk's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to GoalsWalk in the twelve months preceding the claim. GoalsWalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that appears to be compromised, or that is used in a way that risks the reliability of the service for other customers. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance where possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on your next sign-in. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
