Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to deliver your CFO analysis:

• Account information — name, business email, and (if you use social login) your public Google profile.
• Uploaded content — financial reports, spreadsheets, PDFs, images and any business notes you attach to an analysis.
• Usage data — analysis history, follow-up questions asked, and simple product telemetry to keep the service reliable.

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Generate the CFO analysis you requested.
• Show you your own analysis history and follow-up conversations.
• Enforce your subscription plan and usage quota.
• Improve reliability, security and the quality of the product for you.

We never sell your business data. We do not use your uploaded financial documents to train third-party AI models.

Your files, analyses and follow-ups are stored in a managed database, isolated per user account. Files are processed in-memory to produce your analysis and only the resulting CFO report and metadata are retained against your account.

Analyses stay in your account for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual reports at any time (feature in progress) or ask us to delete your entire account and all associated data by writing to us at the contact address below.

Every business owner gets a strictly isolated workspace. No other user, and no unauthenticated party, can access your uploads or reports. Internally, access to production data is limited to a small number of authorised engineers who require it for support or reliability, and is always logged.

To deliver the product we rely on carefully selected infrastructure and AI processing partners. These partners process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not disclose the specific vendors publicly for security reasons; a current list is available on written request for enterprise customers.

You have the right to:

• Access, download and export your analyses at any time (PDF / Word / copy).
• Correct your account information from your profile.
• Request permanent deletion of your account and all your data.
• Object to any processing you consider inappropriate.
